To me, southeastern Tennessee encompasses every beautiful aspect of America – we have it all. If you are an outdoor lover, in addition to lots of rural areas and mini-farms, we have adventuresome rivers, gorgeous lakes, grand vistas and hiking trails.

Our towns retain a "small town" feel but boast many big town amenities such as restaurants, shopping malls, excellent medical facilities, and good schools. Lee University, ranking in top tier of US World and News Report provides and outstanding educational opportunity for young high school graduates as well as the popular Encore program for older adults. You can't find friendlier people than right here and wonderful neighborhoods with homes for any budget.

We are blessed to enjoy the wonders of the Cherokee National Forest and three adventuresome rafting rivers: the Ocoee, Hiwassee, Conausaga, Tennessee, and the Nantahala in nearby North Carolina. Parksville Lake has been noted by thousands as one of the most beautiful lakes in the southeast, ideal for fishing and kayaking. The Hiwassee River is famous for its world renown trout fishing.

It was a pleasure to work with an agent who clearly did not have the almighty dollar foremost in her mind. She was patient and truly concerned with meeting our needs and budget. —Dean and Melinda Bowling
